Residency requirements are: Be a resident of the city of Grand Saline OR Be a resident of Van Zandt County; OR Reside within 10 miles of the city of Grand Saline’s boundaries and in a county bordering Van Zandt County.

Pet registration can save you from costly shelter fees and, most importantly, helps reunite you with your furry friend faster. Registration is available through the Grand Saline Police Department at the low cost of $10.
