🎃 TRUNK or TREAT 🎃 The Main Street Program will host the annual Trunk or Treat. Bring your best costumes, creative trunks, and plenty of candy! 🍬 📅 Saturday, October 25, 2025 ⏰ 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

• 👻 Join the fun! Set up a decorated trunk and hand out treats to our community kids. Trunk decoration set-up begins at 3:00 p.m.

• FALL CLEAN UP /FREE DUMP DAYS: Citizens paying city utilities may utilize the City Dump free of charge from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the following dates:

  • Thursday, October 30

  • Friday, October 31

  • Saturday, November 1

  🚫 Not Accepted: Tires, Batteries, Paint, or Appliances with Freon.

DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN REGISTER YOUR PET WITH THE CITY OF GRAND SALINE? If your dog or cat is ever lost, registration makes it easy to identify the owner and helps prevent your pet from being sent to the Mineola Animal Shelter. Pet registration can save you from costly shelter fees and, most importantly, helps reunite you with your furry friend faster. Registration is available through the Grand Saline Police Department at the low cost of $10.
